Step 1: Select a Flat Fee Listing Package
We offer Standard, Premium and Deluxe packages, pick an option that best fits your needs. Once you choose and pay for your selected plan. You will shortly receive an email with the listing instructions and step to follow to get your property listed successfully with important information regarding your listing and forms needed to facilitate your transaction
Step 2: Complete Property Information Form
This form will include property details, features and other required information to upload your listing to the MLS. The more details provided the better. Prepare your home for showings by improving your landscaping, cleaning the outside, making repairs, removing clutter and depersonalizing.
Step 3: Your all Set
Depending on the package selected your listing will GO LIVE within that time frame. At this point you will have the opportunity to interview all potential buyers to determine if they’re qualified candidates and will schedule showing times with buyers or agents at your convenience. You have full control of your listing.
