Your listing agent will prepare your Property Market Report for your home and recommend pricing strategies, and how to help guide you and prepare you for selling your home.

Sign a sellers broker listing agreement for a 1.5% flat fee commission due upon closing,  Seller will set the buyer commission of their choice. Pay nothing if your property doesn't sell.

Your listing agent will handle the placement of the For Sale yard sign, order professional property photography, if seller has chose to add on this service for an additional fee.

Your property will be entered into the MLS and go live.  Once your listing goes live it will be listed across major platforms such as your local MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin and much more.

Your listing broker will coordinate all showing requests, host open houses  and coordinate schedules to provide access for inspections, re-inspections as needed and appraisals.

 Your listing agent will receive offers from interested qualified buyers and handle negotiations on the seller’s behalf and with the seller’s input.

Once seller is under contract, listing agent will act as a liaison between all closing parties involved in the closing process to provide a seamless experience to the closing table.
