MLS, Multiple Listing Service, is an independent service to find real estate MLS listings for sale by Realtors® and other realty professionals that are members of the local Board of Realtors. This includes new homes and resale homes, new construction; rental and lease properties; acreage, lots, and land; commercial properties and investment properties. MLS does not work directly with any real estate buyers or sellers, and does not receive any commissions or referral fees from any resulting transactions.
Bravo International Real Estate will return the listing to you for review within 24 hours of receiving the completed listing forms. This time does not include holidays. If there is any additional information needed to verify property ownership or complete missing required fields of the MLS, the 24 hour listing time will start from the time the missing information is provided to our company. Listing synopsis will be returned to the customer for review and approval prior to the listing being made active on MLS sites.
The MLS database holds one of the largest inventories of homes that are ready for sale or rent. The MLS is a platform is used by real estate agents and brokers to share information about properties on the market available for prospective buyers. MLS listings have all the information needed a buyers needs in search of looking for in their new home such as lot size, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc. Buyers will also view photos of the property. In addition, through MLS the home can be listed on every major real estate buying and selling Internet platform; resulting in decreased transaction time and increased exposure.
Yes! Other than the MLS your property will appear on Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, RealEstate.com, local real estate brokerage websites that display MLS listings, and all of the major brokerages that feed directly from the MLS. We cannot guarantee that your listing will reflect on every site as the Internet is constantly changing and some websites can be slow, stop syndicating, or have intermittent technical issues.
Once you decide which package is best for you and submit payment, as a new customer you will have access to our client portal. From here you will have access to all the tabs you need to provide all your property information including the ability to upload your property images, documents etc. into our database. The required format for images is .jpg and the minimum size is 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels in height or 600 pixels wide by 800 pixels in height.

Flat fee real estate is exactly how it sounds. Instead of paying a traditional real estate agent a percentage of the sales price of your home, you only pay a low, flat fee for their service. Traditionally in a real estate transaction, you can expect to pay anywhere from 5% – 6% in commission fees when selling a home.

Yes, Bravo International Real Estate deducts $400 from the buyer’s agent commission at closing. For example, the commission offered in the MLS to a buyer’s agent would be 2.5% minus $400. It is not an additional fee owed by the seller. If there is no buyer’s agent, there is no buyer’s agent fee due.
Although not legally required, it's highly recommended. A buyer's agent commission is an amount the seller is willing to pay a real estate agent that bring you a willing and able buyer. On the MLS, with sellers permission we can provide what the seller is willing to pay and buyers agent is made aware, with a reasonable offering commission, buyers agent may be willing to show your property. Sellers will always have the right to negotiate buyer agent commissions. Opinion is the sellers commission offer should be market competitive, buyer agent commissions are typically 2% to 3% of the selling price.
No. Our flat fee service plan is strictly a flat fee service. If you find the buyer, you save 100% on commission.
Yes. If you change your mind before your property is ready to be listed on MLS (usually within 48-72 hours from the date our office has all of the necessary information), then you will receive a full refund. Once the property listing has gone “Active” on MLS and a property number has been issued, there are no additional fees to cancel or remove your listing at any time.
Yes! And if you find a buyer you pay no commissions! Unless you have opted for a Full Service listing agreement.
Yes! You listing will be added to the Miami MLS and look the same as all other listings. The format is standard for all listings within MLS.

A title company or attorney or your choice can be used, also a buyer or buyers agent may suggest one on their offer. Bravo International Real Estate does not hold escrow deposits.
We are a licensed real estate brokerage and will be glad to answer any questions you have. If you have to make a modification to your listing as in price, description etc. send us your request via email and the listing will be updated within 24-48 hours.

Selling a property requires time and patience. All appointments, negotiations, and offer will be directly with you. No, this service comes with our full listing service, we have partnered with Constant Lending Group that way our clients can reach out to them to ensure every buyer that submits an offer to the seller on their listings is legitimately pre-approved and proof of funds if a cash offer. Sellers are encouraged to request qualification documentation prior to showing their home.
